Founded by architect Andy Leek in 2012, red eye CREATIVE is a unique practice focused on using the latest technology to design and build great projects.

 

Andy has worked in the commercial AEC industry for more than 20 years where he adopted BIM technology and design/build methods to create projects that are efficient in operation and construction while timeless in aesthetic.

In 2012 I set out to build a new home for my growing family.  Having spent most of my professional career designing corporate office buildings, schools, distribution centers, etc., I was excited for the opportunity to apply the knowledge and technology on my own home.  This first project proved to be a testing ground for infusing commercial products and processes into a residential project.  The construction phase gained alot of attention locally and I found people were looking for homes that had a modern look, great spacial design and high energy efficiency. After completing my own home I began work on several more design/build projects and officially established red eye creative, llc in the summer of 2014.
